I had a good friend that drank Muscle Milk all day everyday and he got gyno. He was not running anything. Went to the doc and his estrogen was way high. Doc told him that Soy protein could cause this to happen. He cut the MM out and the problem went away.

I run 200 mg of test cyp a week. They put me on the gel years ago and that messed me up bad as my levels dropped. I will never be off my shots again. Now that is not to say that I may bump it up soon to say, 600mg a week and low dose deca for my joints.
