I didn't get out of bed until 2:30 pm because I had a little too much last nite. But we did get out to buy a chest freezer & a treadmill.

Depression or Stress - can make me over eat or not at all. Hormones? Sometimes I don't know why I can not get enough food. And my ass says "stop it!!"
