Thank you for your post, it seems then that IGF-1 does show some hope of being able to regenerate cartilage cells although its going to take time.
Im not very good with blood concentration levels such as 50 and 100 ng/ml. Can anyone shed some light on how this would translate into dosing...
Im looking for some information regarding IGF-1 / HGH capabilities at regenerating cartilage tissue.
My reason for researching is my mother has recently been diagnosed with osteoatheritis which is basically a breakdown of cartilage in the joints resulting in the bones grinding against each...

I did say they were a bit embarrassing lol Its strange that i look so young in the 1st pic i posted because that was 6 months after my 21st birthday, it was taken on holiday in Salou. Not sure if the tan makes it decieving?
I personally think i took the plunge a bit too quick but its easily...
Here's pics of me on my 21st, the superman pants were a demand by the pub landlord lol. My girlfriend was pregnant in the 2nd pic but we didnt find out untill a week later :) That was a big birthday surprise!
That would be nice to look younger every year but since ive started using AAS ive managed to successfully grow some stubble lol so im starting to look a bit older now.
After bulking for 9 months and gaining 45lbs i decided to cut for 3 months to reveil the newly grown muscle. I hoped on achieving low enough bodyfat that i could have visible abs but didnt quite get low enough. I could have continued cutting for longer but as summer was over i didnt see much...
After 9 months of bulking i managed to get my weight up to 188lbs, with the aid of 2 x 12 week cycles. I didnt realise at the time though how much fat i had also gained. Its only now when i look at the picture i realise how chubby i got.
I tried my 1 rep max this weekend on flat bench and i managed to get 125kg (276lbs) up fot the 1st time :)
My target of 150kg for 1 rep still seems a fair bit away but ill get there, looking forward to Jan so i can start my next cycle to get things moving along just a bit quicker!
Thats the only drawback on the GOMAD diet, i think you have to really like the taste of milk in order to keep it going. I couldnt do it with full fat milk but i manage ok using semi skimmed milk.
It was only costing me £2 per day and when you look at the macro count its not bad value for money.
In 4 litres you get:
Protein: 132g
Carbs: 200g
Fat: 64g
Cals: 1920
I think i ran it for about 8 weeks around Jan-Feb time this year, i did feel bloated all day long mind which does get frustrating. I was doing it whilst on cycle and did see good gains, i gained about 18lbs in 2 months.
I work in an office so drinking milk all day is quite easy for me to do...
Im 23 in 2 months, my reason for posting about the oral version is because thats the only information i can find at the moment regarding the compound. The IM version seems to have very limited information published regarding its use or effects etc.
This thread was a way of hopefully finding...
