    Ive tried the GOMAD diet (Gallon Of Milk A Day) but i cant say it made me feel good thats for sure. I always felt bloated and i really struggled to consume meals inbetween drinking milk. It served its purpose though, i did gain some weight from it.

    Arimidex, nolvedex, . . etc

    I normally allow nolvadex at 20mg per day all cycle and 4 weeks extra as part of my PCT. Ive never had gyno or any bad bloat but take nolva anyway as its cheap and puts my mind at rest from the risk of gyno.
