Thanks for the advice, thats some impressive stats youve got! How long have you been training for? Ive been training for just under 1 year now, i was 143lbs starting and bulked up to 188lbs 18-20% bodyfat in 9 months before dieting back down to 170lbs at 11% bf. I think these are reasonable...
Im 22 and have completed 2 x 12 week cycles previously (1 bulk and 1 cut). Your right 6 months does have more weeks than 17 lol Im not planning on being on cycle for 6 months though :)
