I would agree with you the Pros look amazing. To be honest in the shows I have seen at NPC level, sometimes the Physique guys are more cut and have more size than bodybuilders, then again the shows I have been to see pretty small.

I agree. From what I have seen most of them don't have any legs. They barely train legs at least at NPC level. They are mostly focusing on upper body. But I could be very wrong.

I am starting to hit my legs as much as possible. Just giving them minimal rest. Outside of hamstrings which I only work twice a week (so I don't injure them) I'm doing a similar split and making sure I hit my upper body and arms in between.

I did this with Leatherhead last night on the extensions. I'm going to incorporate these in the final weeks.
