Remember that guy that said you had "chicken legs" when you were a little kr...keep that in mind...
SM has a great list there........only thing to add is if you eat alot of tuna like I do..........and get sick of eating it plain....mix it with plain or vanilla yogurt instead of mayonaise. Less fat and more protein. :D
Oh...don't forget the yams for extra carbs.
I use to do the "Beach Day" training method like Randy mentioned when I didn't have alot of time..........now I hit bi's and tri's together since I have an extra day and what a difference!:eek:
You brothers are killing me!.......I just about fell out of my chair laughing while reading this thread...........
Anyway, all I ever say is "Light weight, Light weight", then I hit it like I'm a machine and stopping is not an option!
