I must admit I do flat bench for every chest workout......and I can see why it's over-rated the way you bros are giving your opinions, BUT...........have you tried flat benching with your feet in the air or on the end of the bench? It's stupid to have a big bench with sloppy form and be proud...
Great reminder KR! Sometimes people become overwhelmed in other supps and forget about the basic B-complex vitamins they should be taking. Also, a daily high-potency multi-vitamin is good too and usually contains at least 100mcg of B-12 in it.
I have to hit the treadmill before my workout for 20 minutes 3 X /week..................or I'll never hit it at all!!!
I can't stand cardio........................it's just not like hitting a BIG LIFT!!! NO INTENSITY!:cool:
