Does EQ lube the joints like deca? That's really what I use deca for mainly. To keep tendons and ligaments juicy, and keep my joints from hurting and sticking.

I have an Emeril Lagasse air fryer/ oven thing, and I use the hell out of that. I can fit so much more in it then my old air fryer.

So I came across my magic box under my bed, and found a handful of gear that I had from my last prep. Some of the stuff had expiration dates that were a few years old. The gear looks ok.. no discoloration, no crystallization, and nothing abnormal looking. It's been kept in a box under the bed...
