Okay guys, here's an update. I have not been to the gym in almost 3 months. Haven't done anything to stress my knee. Went to my orthopedic and got the Synvisc shot. Been rubbing Voltarin on it daily. Is it better? Yes, a little. I really need to return to the gym.

Have you guys heard of Voltarin gel? also, what about this injection called Synvisc? Used to help with lubrication of the knee joint.
