Cardio is very rough but you have to fight through it. Just keep an eye on your heart rate because mine will push up close to 180bpm on the stairmaster for 45min. Without tren its down around 150bpm lol.
It's my sweet spot I didn't see much at 250-300 per day over what I see at 200. Same with oral winny 200mg per day. It's part of my contest prep and I start it 4 weeks out.
Lay off the a bomb and go with tbol or superdrol. Lots of times a plateau is in your head also. Load on more weight and move that shit. Your muscles will react when you put them to the test.
Sometimes I put Tren in my hair to style it in the morning. I've also used it to lube up the white snake and jerked off with it too. Love Love Love Tren!
Yup, I use 8iu when I'm just rolling along training with slin. When I crank it up I hit 12-18iu per day and boost the slin. I don't use chap ass growth either so I can blow through 3k bucks of it real quick.
I run my tren a, test p and mast prop oils through the show morning. Also Winny, Var and the last week 60mg Halo per day to get super hard. T3 and clen also for fine tuning. So many coaches say stop the oils but I did it twice last year and I didn't like it at all so I do my own thing with it...
