@Catfishlips the other issue is overcooking eggs. when you do that it ruins the nutrition in the yolk. i would light cook them in a few drops of raw coconut oil. also with eggs always make sure they are high quality. don't eat those cheap walmart eggs, you gotta get the ones with that humane...

also you can always hire a coach. there are a few at my gym so i know they are around who will work with you
