hmm... i was worried about doing pre-WO because some people said you can go hypo... i do long workouts like 2 hours, and then maybe 30-45mins before i eat after that... i can try it, but from what ive read so far it seems pre-WO might be safer for me? i dont know why but i feel like total shit...
