They do eventually go away though right? One other thing I forgot to mention. The skin above the knot or lump is a little red. Not irritated or anything but kinda looking like your skin looks when it's a little sunburned.
Actually bro that's not a bad thing (for me anyway). The pumps when I'd apply 30-60 min prior to working out were so bad my weights and rep ranges were off. I like a nice pump as much as the next guy but it was painful LOL.

Hey Press, I honestly don't notice a difference when I'm applying it (and I've tried every way over the first few weeks before settling on this). Knowing that it's metabolically active for 20-30 hours as long as it's applied daily I don't see how it matters (unless I'm missing something...)...
