run it a.m., mid-afternoon, pre-workout & post & before bed...normally do at least 3 of those a day if not all of them...a.m. is a must & PWO is a must for me so i at least get those 2 in each day...

my sentiments exactly...after the 3 inject, night sweats kicked in & decided to take a break from Tren for a bit until i absolutely need it...lol...good stuff!
- you need to vary your calories so your body doesnt adjust & you are just spinning your wheels...
- cheat meal is best if you do it by 12pm or 2pm at the latest...
- last meal, use a non-fat cassein shake...
stay away from it bro...like they said, it only masks the pain & it also makes muscle deteriorate...if you are going to keep lifting then you would only damage it more...if you got the $$$, go ahead & get it fixed...
you ever hear of cortisol blockers? cortisol & muscle do not go...
