i like sushi...when i am on contest diet we will eat it once a wk or once every other wk or so...not crazy about all the absolute raw stuff but i do love the Kani & Ebi...rolls are good to but have alot of carbs & not so much protein... its nothing for me & my fiance to drop $100 on sushi...so...

its 2 days since i called them back (i had called them 4 days b4 that) & they still havent let me know where my order is...it is going on 3wks now & no protein! i am pissed as hell cause i am out of protein & need it very badly! monkeys can do a better job than what these guys do...its horrible!

i like Dugdale...dont think he will win it but i hope he places well...he placed 2nd at the Ironman... the judges really like Phil Heath but i am not sure if he will win it though... i would prolly have to go with Dexter winning the AC...

just a heads up about ATW... called to ck on my order (that had been placed over 2wks b4) & they told me they had to ck with shipping & would call me back in 30 minutes...never called me back to begin with & then when i called back 4 days later they still cant tell me where my order is! has it...

her last activity was: 4/19/2004 i dont think she is coming back...lol

i think EOD injects are better...you wont get so tired of injecting eventhough EOD is still alot at times...

yeah, i think Rob just signed up & made a 1 post cause he saw the negative feedback here...obviously they dont care because as you see he hasnt been back to post again!

quality is good...cant complain about that one bit...it is the timing from order to delivery that is horrible...

by the way, i am not one to get mad or bent out of shape about something easily...i dont complain about alot of things to be quite honest...i just dont uderstand why it takes so long to get product from you guys...???

i dont mean to be ugly but that is a load of crap...i have ordered from you guys going on over 2 yrs now...the first order i ever made took 4 wks to arrive after i had to call multiple times...i was in dire need of whey at the time & needed it pretty quick & 4wks is entirely too long...
