Days 9 and 10
Were cardio and pump days
60 mins of treadmill walking then upper body pumping up. I made sure the incline was sick to try to tone my legs.
Day 8
Chest day!!!
My bf% stayed the same and now I weigh 276.
I have been punishing myself on the treadmill but I am still fucking gaining weight. Damn it!!!

More cardio
Basketball for an hour!
These last few days I have been doing nothing but cardio.
I want to lose the bf and keep the muscle I have gained. Its a struggle to measure my calories. My diet has been spot on since I started. This is the end of my first week!

Stair master machine for 30 minutes
Lots of chicken, tuna, ground turkey
Brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cauliflower
Every 3 hours and half hours a meal.
Weight 267
Height 6'3
Bf% 13.6
Lifting for 20 years.
Goal: 7% bf
