Adding 20ml will give you a final concetration of 1mg/ml. However, I have never used IGF-1, so I don't know if it is supposed to be reconstituted with BA. If it is for injection, I would image straight BA to be pretty painfull. I would rather use water.

There are two isomers of ALA, called R-ALA and L-ALA. The R-ALA isomer is supposed to be the form of ALA that is active. Regular ALA is a mixture of both of these isoforms, whereas R-ALA is just the R isoform. With the R-ALA you are getting more for your buck. Hope this helped!

Haven't tried either but from what I hear QV is painful.

Instead of a carb blocker maybe try r-ALA. I am about to try ALA myself, but I have heard nothing but positive feedback about it.
