    I agree with optimal balance, I also train alone and perform my lifts i would normally need a partner for in the power rack, I just set the pins an inch away from my chest or body 1 at least 8 hrs at night and a nap in afternoon 2 timing on my food pre and post workout 3 changing my routine...

    sounds like he has adopted arthur jones HIT principals in his training, I have tried them myself and found them very benifical but only for about 6-8 weeks then I go back on a higher volume training

    mix igf with gear?

    I was just wondering if anyone has put their igf and gear in the same syringe to inject in a particular muscle group. I'm thinkin about measuring it out in a slin needle and then putting it in a 3mL needle for injection
