Yes, I always get out of the gym to stay in control and rest, recharge, refocus, have a couple donuts,as we know the gym is addicting but I control it, it doesn't control me

Why just 56 days, can much be accomplished in that duration as pretty much most compounds take at least 3-4 weeks to even begin to be utilized for their intentions and purpose. It normally takes me 90 days to get the body up to speed then I'll take 5-10 days off them hit it for 90 more to build...
