since hair weaves, wigs and other hair styles are common in the african american community we can always tell. fact is synthetic hair has no body. it's just there. i can always tell.
you train what you feel is important. my legs could be better but i'm working on them. there are pros with small legs. i agree symetry is important but whens the last time symetry mattered?
cardio is calistenics which i incorporate side by side with weight training. since 1975 i do 300 situps and 300 pushups every day along with calf raises, pullups. mountain climbers, jumping jacks etc. as i grow i stay hard and ripped and never bloated even when bulking.
lots of bros just don't train legs and don't want to and never will. same as in the boxing gym some don't use the speed bag, do situps, heavy bag etc. some only spar. to each his own.

i have lots of hair which hides my getting bald but no one can tell. when the top is completely gone i'll go with the bald look and have professional hair removal where hair is left. the bad thing about a hair transplant is that's just what it looks like. it fools no one. bald is cool too.
i agree with Wierd Al about the respect thing. to me jay didn't look as good as last year. ronnie had it dialed in and i think he could look better too. also last year jays skin looked paper thin. not enough props given to dexter IMO. forget what these guys were taking. training had a lot to do...
i drink at least 10 cups a day with one tsp of sugar. probably is my imagination but i look more ripped when i do this. i stopped a while by my docs advise and seemed to get less ripped.
