Varies from person to person. I use it when carbs/cals are cutt to help hold fullness. I also take aldactone. If I dont my BP shoots way up and I hold water in my face.

Thanks Userat204. I do have a hotplate stirrer and some magnetic stirrers to drop in the beaker while heating. So if I'm make Test Cyp, I need to look at the melting temp and get my BB to the degree for a certain amount of time? I feel stupid as hell right now. lol

Test Cyp 227 mg/ml BA x 1.5% BB x 10% CSO Looked perfect. It crashed about 4 or 5 days later. I kept reheating it over and over. I think I may have down graded from heating it so much because out of the 30ml I used I got nothing from it.
