lots and lots of eggs. 18 a day. cottage cheese,red meats,2 one pound turkey sandwhiches everyday for lunch. peanut butter.... really the only thing consistant is the amount of protein and calories a day + i take whey on a consitant basis. i satarted lifting two years ago i lift six days a week...
