You should be good with a nylon membrane, that holds up the best to solvents of any I've used. Without using EO or guaiacol I like PVDF. The whatman zapcap-CR is an excellent filter if you're using EO and guaiacol. Nylon membrane and the filter unit won't melt away, always use a glass media bottle.

Backlaod at u100 insulin syringe with a 29g needle. Using a small needle helps avoid veins. If I shoot tren with a 22g I always cough like hell, with a 29g I never get it. Try it in the pecs and delts.
