I was just reading on this fight last night. This guy was saying the only reason Sonnen fought a good fight last time was because he was on steroids! I don't Like Sonnen and his loud ass mouth but I gotta say the dude can brawl!! Can't wait for this.

I have tried many different things to do with eggs. I hate eggs with a passion but for me I do 4 whites and 1 yolk scrambled with some franks red hot. I usually have a couple slices of double protein bread with it.

Haha I tried to delete this thread because I'm a bit embarrassed. That said I haven't really watch my sodium intake. But I'm not dumping salt on anything either. And I'm not sure why I'm gaining weight so fast. Maybe it's because I'm eating like a freak nasty. Sometimes I feel like I eat to much.
