You will be much more dramatic if you pose to big powerful music. that r&b stuff just don't work in my opinion. Either go with metal or classical. Saw a guy pose to some classical stuff one time and it was really dramatic.

It is difficult to say really. Basically you are doing a plate loaded mahine which will most always be more than a free weight lift.

What kind of prot. powder is that you are on. 50 sounds like a lot of grams of protein at one time when not bulking and not a post workout shake. Maybe try to make the shakes a little smaller and use them as an addition to meals.
