    You will be much more dramatic if you pose to big powerful music. that r&b stuff just don't work in my opinion. Either go with metal or classical. Saw a guy pose to some classical stuff one time and it was really dramatic.

    It is difficult to say really. Basically you are doing a plate loaded mahine which will most always be more than a free weight lift. I don't know of any cross reference charts fro how much a person should be able to lift on one versus the other.
