I'm not sure about the oat flour bro, but I don't see how it could be any better than oatmeal. Just put the oatmeal in a blender and grind it up into a fine powder, then add it to your shakes or whatnot.
this was very simple to make. I used low carb bbq sauce and reduced sodium soy sauce as the marinade though, came out delicious. not nearly as messy as using a food dehydrator.
I tried the original yohimburn and it didn't do shit. The new mixes they offer are just way too expensive. I have some lipoderm-ultra on the way that I am going to try out. I heard that skulpt isn't any good either plus it stains the skin.

yeah bro I always use them - shrugs, rows, pull-downs. I can use twice the weight with straps. I am not worried about forearm development cause right now my fore's almost overpower my bi's.
Hey bro if you have an extra 10 inches of fat on your waist you could stick the needle all they way in and not hit abs. You should definitely use a slin pin though.
