    here in southern ontario it has been weird, raining then snowing then freezing rain. great fun on the back roads though. right now it's prolly about 5 C. (i don't know ferenheit) damn americans!!jk

    i haven't been on the site since before christmas because of the break from school and i wanted to say hi and i missed you guys so much (tear):upset: . so a belated merry christmas and happy new years to everybody. my christmas was kind of shite, but what can you do. new years was great.

    to break down the most muscle fibers possible. as primary fibers begin to fatigue, your body has to incorporate lesser used muscle fibers in the lift. each progressive set incorporates more fibres and fatigues more at the same time.

    My little brother told me that he read in a playboy that they have a contract with the Olsen Twins for a photo shoot once the druggy one gets better. did you hear anything about this?

    how important is sleep?

    you gotta be careful sleeping too much aswell though. if you sleep longer than around 9 or 10 hours you disturb your sleeping cycle. Oversleeping can be just as bad as not enough sleep IMO.
