what kind of results do you realistically get with the pervious dosing suggestion. Lose of weight ? Cuts ? I heard it can volumize the muscle and make it bigger. How does it do that w/o retaining some water.? Got a bunch of it around but I like getting bigger so I never get around to taking it.
