Yes running is good but, I find that I train at a higher intesity and cannot keep my heart rate where I like it to be. Besides that I'm 240 and not into the pounding every day.

Has anybody experienced this side effect? I seem to have no focus a long ranges unlike I did about a week ago. Also cramps are bad, I pulled a hammy yesterday doing sprints, it was acutally pretty funny. I've never pulled a hammy and I hope I never do again.

I'm finished ramping up to 120mcgs today. I've got some shakes, they aren't to terrible but, how long do they last? Will the effects tapper of during the day? I took my dose at 9am it's 11am now. 120mcg. Put it this way my hand writting is very messy.
My goals are to drop as much bf as I can by july 12th. I'm eating zero carbs meat only no juice no sugar no sauces, only whey chicken steak cheese and flax. I'm running Clen as well cardio is 5 time per week alternating between moderate intesity and hiit. Weight training is 3days.
What's up guys. I need help dropping into ketosis. Is there anything I could use that is readily available other than slin? Will metoformin work? If so I'm not sure if It's legal to procure. I have until 7/11 drop as much bf as possible.

Great post that's pretty much what I've been doing except for the am cardio and ECA. I do post cardio and no ECA to sensitive. I've also found that when I go totally low carb (less than 100) my brain doesn't work and I get depressed to the point where I don't want to work...

Yep heard of beer bellies before. However I think those guys are in a class of thier own and most drink gallons of beer daily. I'm not one of those guys and my question pertains to how much impact it has if you enduldge less often, 1-2 times a week but, thanks for the answer.
