Just 1 extra exercise (3sets) for biceps and 1 extra for triceps should be good enough right? I could also do 1 more exercises on my left shoulder as well

Never started the cycle I wanted to earlier on, but I have been working out every since. Upped the weight and my left arm is catching up, Im doing more exercises and all and getting stronger overall, but still sticking to DBs...tried BB bench press and shoulder press and idk I guess I can start...

If its been in the fridge, how long can it stay before going bad...if it can go bad?
And is it okay to pre-load 5 of them on Sunday to use Monday-Friday?

I dont remember how much I used in my 1 vile. maybe a couple weeks worth. Is it worth finishing up the vile now? Might last 6 weeks? Or do I need to buy more?
Yea you can notice it because thats the arm with the elbow that was operated on etc. Its not the same as my right when it comes to strength either, but its came a looong way and I want to start IGF already.
Should I do an extra exercise for my smaller/weaker arm?
Well Ive been lifting...just want to get comfortable before starting IGF, but I think Ive lifted long enough and planning on starting IGF+protein, maybe creatine on Monday. Im just paranoid that my right arm is bigger, and still a little stronger, but I worry alot and might be over thinking...
I know you apply if before, but is it okay to apply to lower abs even POST workout? I only heard people do IM post, can I do subq lower abs POST? Just wondering some days I might not be able to do pre.
Think Im going to start next monday, I just want to make sure I dont waste this igf cycle. Want to be near 100%. Right now I can still tell the difference between my left arm and right (slightly). If I start IGF now Im scared my right will get huge but not my left arm that was operated on.
I think igf 3 times a week wont be enough? since I can only make it to the gym 3 times a week...
