I curled 5 lbs yesturday...felt that my left was weaker than my right.

What dose will help me heal the quickest? Im noticing the healing is slowing down a lil. First few weeks was fast, but now it has slowed down. According to the doc, I should be as good as new in a couple more weeks (6weeks from procedure). I will start IGF Monday, just dont know the dose or how...
I also have 5mm of my elbow joint cartiladge wheres theres not as much. So is it okay to add a joint supp with IGF 1? For my elbow cartiladge and for my thumb tendonitis.
so it will be 4 weeks Tuesday. Still havent started lifting light weights, still just doing ROM, but its just about that time. I say 1 week, no need to rush it...when should I start the IGF? Just looking for some more opinions.:thumbsup:
