i could eat all day long but as soon as i'm done working out at night and get home an down a protein shake wait an hour to eat i seem like a little kid sitting at the table that does not want to eat his spinch, takes me for ever to down everything.

When i drink 2 gallons of water a day it makes me feel bloated but i thing its just all the water sloshing around in my tummy

never drink while on, the only things i drink while on is water,cranberry juice,and protien shakes
