I busted a blood vessel in my nose when i was a kid. Had to get it quarterized but it still goes off all the time. My doctor tells me the best supplement to aid in clotting any wound not only the nose is potassium. He explained y but i cant remember all the medical jargon he threw at me!!!!
Thats where i run into a problem. My normal routine is to wake up around 9 eat breakfast and go to the gym around 10. I think if i did it at breakfast and post workout they would be too close together. Any ideas?
I have tried them all and it comes down to doing what works best for you. Personally I get on the step mill for 30 min after doing weights and keep my heart rate around 170. Thats what works best for me
