I would guess that everyone will tell me to keep doin what I am doin... and that's the plan for now.
But just wondering if anyone has any advice.
I was up to 226lbs and 20% body fat. I spent 3 months getting to about 190 lbs and 17% BF. That was all just diet and cardio... no juice...
Seems to me like we would need more info to give an opinion. Unless I missed something...
What are you taking in terms of juice & supplements etc...
what kind of training are you doing for weights & cardio?

I've tried IP's EQ twice and am now using QV's... but I'm only just starting week 4... so I haven't noticed anything yet. GIve me a week or two and I'll tell you if I see a difference.
Never tried higher than 400 mg per week though on EQ.

i used to do a similar split... I found I had more success with chest/tri and back/bi day.... thereby trying to hit everything only once per week... since if you do your bis when you work your back... and you hit your tris when you work your chest. *shrug* something you might try eventually.

Never used to dead much... I did stiffies for hams... but never regular deads... I did lots of research a couple years ago to improve my workouts and everyone everywhere suggested squats, deads, and bench for size and strength.

I had a thread on this a while back as well. basically the powder is crap for mizing with fluid and tastes like hell..
I tried mizing with just about every kind of juice and water protein and milk... nothing ever killed that taste and nothing mixed well.

I think I overtrain really easily too... so I will be very interested to hear how this works for you.
I think I would put in something more for my hamstrings, too...

Seems to me that if spot injections really produced local growth, the majority of steroid users would have giant asses, since that seems to be the most common place to hit.

Started about 2 weeks ago and I have just been grinnin and bearin it... but I don'T think they are getting better... if anything worse.
I've always thought they were just one...
Thanks for the advice. My first day on was a leg day... and that was messed up... I'm now on Day 3... not so bad... but I think laying in a tanning booth while on ECA is also messed up. Tried that today and had to get out after 30 minutes... was just too much for me.
Cardio on the other hand...
Too sad to think about now... before I started dieting and cutting I had nice 18" arms... I have dropped down to pathetic little 16" arms now... too sad... I am usually about 1/2" difference pumped vs cold.
