I love my calves and my trunks too. That would be quads for those who don't know what that is.

I always do regular DB shrugs, they work awesome for me. You could do them sitting down as well, this will prevent you from bending your elbows too.

Re: ok I agree with you here kid. Once you become a cop, you can always do your gear, maybe not as much though.

It's all a matter of choice as when you choose to shoot. What I mean is that your not going to get any advantage whether you shoot at night or day. I personally like my shot 1st thing in the morning as I rise out of bed. I use to shoot before I went to bed, like it in the morning better.
