i go through a 20lb tub of that stuff every bulk cycle. tastes like hersheys chocolate milk mix. it helps me back on the pounds, but i usually add some fat with it too.
that diet doesn't seem to have nearly enough fat for a true keto diet... seems more like just a very clean diet.
whole eggs, cheese, ranch dressing, heavy whipping cream are all big parts of my CKD. you can try it though and see what kind of success you acheive. maybe it'll work wonders for you.

crunches will tone up the muscles, but it will not spot reduce... do some crunches and some cardio should help lose any extra fat that may keep the both of you from seeing that flat tummy she's after
worked well for me... i did it last spring (CKD style) on a cycle and the scale went from 230-200 and i could tell i was actually gaining muscle at the time (there was a distinct visible difference in musculature)
after the first 2-3 weeks the carb cravings go away and its easy from then on...

i was cramping up when i first tried clen (sometimes under my jawbone -- FUCK those hurt) tried bananas, more water, etc...
nothing worked until i added taurine (on recommendation don't remember who)... cramps went away
would cardio counter this? as you add weight, your cardio vascular system has to work harder... so, by improving your cardio vascular system you should have less of a chance snoring, right? or am i totally off here?
