it would depend on what your cycle consisted of. Short esters like prop, suspension etc. start the day after. For longer esters like enan, eq... wait for it to clear your body. That should be around 2 - 3 weeks. here's an excerpt from sbi that breaks this down. this should help.

it's very weird. The doc asked me if i had any warnings like stiations near the elbow. Nothing. i did a full workout too. i did shoulders and threw in shrugs. nothing unusual.
i asked the doc what caused it and what could i do to prevent it and he said it's from a number of factors. over traing could be one etc. there's no way to pervent it or so he says. i have to go on what he says now huh.
i was racking some 120's after shrugs. as i moved the bell towards the rack i felt 2 ripping sensations. the bicep tendon came right off the bone! I had surgery on x-mas eve to insert the tendon thru the ulna which means he drilled a hole in the bone. so i'm one armed for about 9 months. i can't...
thanks. nothing much i can do after tearing the bicep tendon. Car accidents are scary. you must have been in a real bad one. there is no good one of course. i hate hearing that.
it's a long recoup! 9 month at least before i can do anything worthwhile. damn. most places have the same type of people who won't break a sweat so legs are out. arms are more noticable to them for some reason.

This is normal for most health clubs. January thru March you'll see a push on the memberships then alot of people lose interest or whatever and begin to drop. I used to own a gym and the first 3 months were the busiest. The last 2 are the worst.
