Im currently on my second run with GH. Ive been on it for about 2 weeks now, its hard to say exactly how long you should notice anything, because you dont know if its the placebo effect or if you really are seeing results. I think I have noticed a mood increase though.

I like injecting before a workout, like a hour or so. I like the thought that its helping the juice work its way around my body, Im not sure if it really helps but Id like to think it does.
I dont like working legs a whole lot but I do just because they are my strongest bodypart and just seems like a waste to neglect them. The guys with the pencil legs look stupid, keg on stilts. Everybody work your legs!
