I have to agree with Aesop in that you could probably get by with less, assuming that this is your second cycle. Your only 20 years old so there is no point in overdoing it.

I ran winny and var together once and it made me hard as a rock and extremely cut. If that is what you are trying to do and do not have a real high bodyfat to start with then I think that you will be very satisfied. Although everyone is different, I gained a considerable amount of strength on it...
I love squats too. Of course I do them a little differently than most (train westside) but nothing beats the bar bent around your upper back with some heavy weight on there. Good luck KidRock.

It sounds like you are shooting sub q. If that is the case you will probabaly get a little lump from the ba that the igf is suspended in. Try shooting IM and add a little bacteriostatic water if it is uncomfortable.
