400mg per day 8-10 days, i will bloat even on 200mg. you did bloat, you just didnt realize it. it isnt a crazy bloat, but its a good 5-7 pounds of noticeable water retention. look at your face closely next time you start. on the 5th-6th day you will start to round out.
