    Pin, I would run 500mg wk of test and 300mg wk of deca and run it for 12 to 14 wks. Keep your protein up like you are and your diet right, you'll make some very good gains. That running 1000mg a week of both for 5 months is insane!!!

    My next cycle

    The reason for deca is because of joints and at 50yrs old you feel it. I have ran test,EQ and tren several times and like the results but tren and its side i'm going to stay away from it this time. So when I finish this one at the end of june I'll let you know how it turns out.
