xsnrg is correct it means British Pharmacopoeia, I belive the 98 stands for 1998. The year that standard was set by British Pharmacopoeia.

From my experiance I agree with wheelzdgh and would do as he suggested.

The only thing I have noticed on finastride is a lower libido, which actually brings it back to the normal range when on a large cycle of test. :) I would think that by taking finastride and not allowing the 5AR enzyme to reduce your AAS to their counterpart you would keep more of the anbolic...

I would decide if you want to bulk or cut. If you want to bulk I would change it to a 4 or 5 day split, drop the cardio (or if you really need it do it once or twice a week in the AM), and like AZ1 said add some shakes for more protein and cals.

I usually split it into two or three dosages and took them all before 4pm. I read that along time ago so thats how I did it. But clen has a 36 hour half life so I dont see a problem with taking it all first thing in the morning.
