yes a regular "test" syringe is fine ...Insulin syringes work fine 100iu = 1 ml If on cycle you can mix it in with you regular injection...if not on cycle I would do sub-q injections ( with slin pinz) in your abdomin....just pinch and poke the pinch easy and painless
