Great to hear! Power rack with pins is one of the most useful pieces of equipment. Attachments for them open all sorts of options. What do you end up going with?
I'd totally agree with you. I'd say more 8-15 rep range, which can be run in 3 week waves works the best from my testing. As far as height I'd also 100% agree. People end up just "squatting" the weight up. I've ran waves of this adjusting the rep range over 3 weeks and adjusting the height over...
