    I have done very heavy TEST cycles ( upto 3 g/w) in past and never used Ai actually was not aware wat it is but yes always used nolva or clo through out the cycle , cycled without proper knowledge all my life, but now when I learn and read more I am becoming pussy everyday about the sides.
