No rest between sets. Where are you doing it? Because in agym it can be hard to get access to that many tools -- with circuit you cannot wait for the device to be ready.
If you have an all night gym then just go in real late.

Good thread. Knowing, or closely estimating 1 RM is important for ensuring continuous progress in my opinion. Especially in low set work. I think it is too easy to not try to push the max weight and therefore not push ourselves as hard as we can. Without a reliable training partner...
I like test and fina. But, dbol is good also. I like the water retention and the quick results. I have low body fat so I don't bloat but the extra water helps my joints (I have a problem shoulder)
Agreed. first time it may hurt a bit the next day but after that you will be glad. Delts are the best. 1" 25 ga for both.
If you hit the quads do them on the side -- not the top.
