    I just finished my test e deca cycle... and im quite happy with my results... my only issue is.... i kinda dont want to stop.. The thought of cruising did cross my mind, but i dont think i was running high doses to warrent a low dose cruise.

    Training frequency and caloric intake

    4 days is good for me ... i go 5 days some weeks but 4 is good. Any less and i feel soft. 4 days allows good recovery ... but my intensity is really high...im banging out hard core sets n finishing exercises before the next guy has even thought about his second set....
