Hey guys I am competing in an ifbb show and as you may know IFBB is drug tested :( suppose I wish to take some form of diuretics how long do they stay detectable ? I read somewhere that demedex is not on the banned substances however that is one loop diuretic I would gladly avoid! Thanks bros!

Ok so I am two weeks out from my first ever competition. I never used insulin but after reading long posts and extensive research I started thinking about the possibility of using it. However I dont know how my body would react to it. Do you think I should stick with my old plan or introduce slin?
