Squat 7 Sets for 7 reps - Increase weight each set by 20%
Front Squat 4 Heavy ass sets.. don't worry about the reps.. just as Goddamned Heavy as You can Do it
Leg Press 3 sets - Low and Feet close together on Plate
Switch That Every Other Week w/
Lunges w/ DB's Not BB 3...

I was on 200mgs per week.. but I am prescribed to 400mgs per week..it hits me at 837ng/ml usually but I wanted to show a lower TEST LEVEL Because if I had gone in when he wanted me to .. I was on 1500mgs per week.. yah.. haha IMAGINE The result that would have shown on that blood draw... but NOW...
Yah, unless they are ANAPOLON's I always start at 50mgs.. if they are the HG Ana's then I will start at 100mgs ED because I know how much my body loves them... GOD It's been forever since I ate those wonderful wonderful candies from God.

Nair definitely START at 50mgs daily.. try that for a week to 10 days.. IF you feel you should be responding more.Increase by 25mg increments ... I Personally believe for YOU .. 100mgs per day will be your AWESOMENESS Point.
